EPD Extension Kit Gen 3 (EXT3-1)

EPD Extension Kit Generation 3 (EXT3/EXT3-1 Kit) is an E-Paper Display (EPD) extension board that connects to your product or Evaluation Kit (EVK) to kick-start developing low-power display applications. This is also our recommended EPD extension kit if you are new to working with EPD development, and it is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.

There are two versions of EXT3 kit:

• EXT3-1 (active): EPD Extension Kit Generation 3 revision 1, is released in 2022 which is the latest version.
• EXT3 (EoL): EPD Extension Kit Generation 3, was released in 2020.

• Support driving E ink ePaper displays made by Pervasive Displays for the full range of EPDs.
• On board driving circuit as a starter kit to easily develop EPD application with your product
• On board 10-pin of 90 degrees header with provided 10 + 2 pins of bridging colored cable easily to connect with any development board
• On board 8M bits of Flash memory (for your own fonts, library or application)
• Second available non-populated SOIC-8 pads for additional memory
• A variety of expansion options to meet your development needs and use cases
• Open driving source code and design resources

  • EXT3-1 board * 1 piece
  • 10-pin of bridging cable * 1 piece
  • 1-pin of bridging cable * 2 pieces
  • 12-pin 2.54mm header * 1 piece
